Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the damage; we will review your claim and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
No exchanges or returns. All sales are final
Our handcrafted knitted garments conform to the unique contours of the wearer. Once worn, fibers relax and the piece shapes to that individual; garments cannot be restocked or resold. For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Intellectual Property
